At their simplest, our TimberROOTS roof trusses use a triangular web design of quality dimensional lumber fastened to a top and bottom chord with metal structural connector plates. While top chords form the roof height, shape and pitch, the bottom chords and associated webbing can be adjusted to accommodate any number of architectural features like cathedral or tray ceilings, vaults, porches and overhangs, attic rooms or other custom configurations key to a home’s interior layout.
Likewise, TimberROOTS floor trusses are engineered exactly to spec with top and bottom chords and dimensional webbing in between. Each truss is specifically designed to do its job, whether that’s with the top chord bearing on a frame wall, the bottom chord bearing on an exterior masonry wall or an intermediate chord bearing on a steel or wood support beam. We also manufacture cantilever trusses for balconies and load-bearing overhangs as well as stairwell framing—whatever your job needs, ready for decking.
